Lake Guipan holds one of the grandest dragon boat races of the annual Duanwu Festival and is the location of the Dragon Boat Cultural Museum. The Museum celebrates the water sitting on the lake so that museum visitors can experience the unique design and construction of dragon boats in their natural environment.
